All of our Property Tours include the following service:

Property Video Tour rates are based on a minimum of 8 properties per calendar month. Price quoted are for properties situated in Cornwall. Properties outside of this area can be quoted on an individual basis.

Additionally, we provide an in-house full DVD mastering and duplication service, including artwork and company branding. Download our Media Rate Card for details

    • A Taster Tour provides the client with a video tour of a small sized property and is a perfect for those on a tighter budget. A voice over or 2D/3D floor plan can easily be added to this tour. (£P.O.A.)
    Standard Tour
  • 3 minute video tour of property interior (up to eight rooms)
  • Exterior tour of property and grounds, to include crane shots (where possible)
  • Music track
    A Standard Tour provides the client with a video tour of a medium sized property, including the garden. A voice over or 2D/3D floor plan can easily be added to this tour. (£P.O.A.)
    • Feature Tour
  • 5 minute video tour of property (up to twelve rooms)
  • Exterior tour of property and grounds, to include crane shots (where possible)
  • Voice-over property guide (male or female)
  • Music track
    A Feature Tour provides the client with a fully featured video tour of a larger property and grounds, with the added advantage of a professional voice over guide. A 2D/3D floor plan can easily be added to this tour. (£P.O.A.)
    • Deluxe Tour
  • 7 minute video tour of property (unlimited rooms)
  • Exterior tour of property and grounds, to include crane & tracking shots (where possible)
  • Voice-over property guide (male or female)
  • Music track
    A Deluxe Video Tour provides the client with a fully detailed property tour and is the ideal option for large, executive or country houses and properties with land. It is particularly suitable for new developments with a show apartment. A professional voice guide explains on-screen features and additional information.
