DIP's has just completed a new content-managed web site for the Bristol-based Lean consultancy Rubicon Wigzell. The consultancy's projects, in construction and related industries, are based on Lean principles and Lean thinking underpins their business improvement activities.
Lean construction is a way to design production systems to minimize waste of materials, time, and effort in order to generate the maximum possible amount of value. When is came to commissioning a website for their new company, Rubicon Wigzell approached DIP.
Rubicon Wigzell wanted a site which would clearly reflect their business ideals, provide a professional interface, and was easy to navigate. We recommended that, to allow for ease of updating, the site should be built around our content management system and that the site design be ethically optimised to Google search engine perameters to create a quality and regular flow of traffic to the site. 
The strategies we use depend very much on our clients' budget and in which industry the client is operating and how strong and active the competition is.
