DIP films promo for Flambards new ride
The latest ride to arrive at Flambards theme park, Cornwall, is the new Skyraker001, the UK's first vertical drop twist tower.
DIP filmed the ride's construction and its opening day.
The Flambards Experience is one of the most popular tourist attractions in the South West of England with a fantastic variety of rides for all ages and unique exhibitions. Dead Interesting Productions had previously produced the Park's promotional video and we were delighted to be asked to film the documentary and promo for the new Skyraker001.
The new Skyraker ride stands at 28.1m high and plunges punters towards the ground at incredible speeds. Filmed during the ride's construction, and the days leading up to its opening day, the film details the care and skill with which the tower was erected and the excitment experienced by its riders.
The film crew were very courteous and sympathetic, not only by not disrupting the Flambards staff as they continued with their everyday duties, but also being discreet as they filmed around members of the public ... the resulting video is excellent. It portrays the park as a fun family day out. If Flambards were to require a similar service in the future Dead Interesting Productions will be the first to be called upon.
